Death and the Powers will be prominently featured at Opera America’s 2011 Opera Conference. Scheduled for May 7-11 in Boston and hosted by the Boston Lyric Opera and Opera Boston, the conference sessions include talks by Death and the Powers composer Tod Machover and director Diane Paulus. The opening keynote will be delivered by Nicholas Negroponte, founder of the MIT Media Lab and the One Laptop per Child nonprofit association.
