Friends sent Tod this video of the explosive opening of “Fasnacht” in Lucerne yesterday. “Can’t wait to get there on Monday,” Tod posted on his Facebook page. “ope I can make it.” He has good reason to worry. The meteorologists are predicting another 13-16 inches of snow in Boston over the weekend.
